Are you the Claims Executive that we are searching for?
We are looking for a colleague to join our Hong Kong office to take part in the challenging work in claims handling. As a Hong Kong claims office team member, you will be required to handle most of the claims under various classes of our standard covers independently with minimum supervision from a senior colleague. Thinking outside the box and having a client-orientated attitude is a must.
What will you do?
- Attend to all kinds of claim matters as assigned by the senior
- Administrative management to claim files
- Be available to attend work even after normal office hours
- Support in outstanding items
- Travelling abroad to meet with clients in claims problem-solving
Your skills and experience:
- 2-3 years knowledge of and relevant experience in the maritime insurance world
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- University Degree in maritime law, shipping, logistics, and/or marine insurance
- Strong analytical skills, team player and excellent attention to detail
